Dr. Adil Manzoor, DO
Medical Director

Dr. Manzoor is a board-certified pediatrician and internist with a rich background in medical care, serving as a skilled physician in both pediatric and adult emergency rooms, as well as in hospitalist roles across various healthcare settings. His dedication to primary care is reflected in his current leadership role as the Medical Director of House Call Doctors, where he upholds a high standard of patient care through his profound expertise in internal medicine. In his New Jersey practice, Dr. Manzoor embraces the holistic principles of osteopathic medicine, providing a comprehensive, hands-on approach to patient health. He is particularly passionate about preventive medicine, believing firmly that early intervention and proactive health measures are key to enhancing patient quality of life. His commitment to improving health outcomes extends to his significant work in assisted living and rehabilitation facilities, as well as his substantial experience as an ICU physician during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dr. Manzoor’s influence in the medical field goes beyond clinical practice; he is deeply invested in the mentorship of medical students, aiming to nurture the next generation of healthcare professionals. Furthering his impact on the field, he is currently pursuing a dual Executive MBA in Healthcare Administration and a Master of Science in Healthcare Leadership at Cornell University. Dr. Shorouq Al-Karaki, MD
Primary Physician

Dr. Al-Karaki is a board-certified internal medicine physician who is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and New York. Her educational journey began at the Jordan University of Science and Technology in Irbid, Jordan, where she earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees. She then completed her residency at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens, NY, where she distinguished herself in her field. She has a rich history of practicing in various hospitals, which has equipped her with the experience and insights to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Dr. Diana Larrea, DO
Primary Physician

Dr. Larrea is a Rutgers University alumna with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a minor in French. She received her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and is board-certified in family medicine. Specializing in osteopathic medicine, Dr. Larrea takes a hands-on approach to treat a spectrum of conditions and has a strong focus on preventive medicine, women’s health, and adolescent care. She is also skilled in performing minor skin procedures. Her medical excellence is recognized by several awards, including the Alan Z. Gartzman, D.O. Memorial Award for dedication to family medicine. Dr. Larrea is multilingual, speaking Spanish, French, and basic American Sign Language, which broadens her ability to communicate with diverse patients. She is a member of prominent medical associations and is committed to holistic patient care and the promotion of women’s health and entrepreneurship.

Dr. Pradeep Dhakarwal, MD
Nephrologist

Dr. Dhakarwal completed his nephrology fellowship at Lehigh Valley Health Network and a residency in internal medicine at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He earned his medical degree from Grant Medical College, India. He holds medical licenses in multiple states and is board-certified in nephrology and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). His expertise includes acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, hypertension, dialysis (HD, PD, CRRT), fluid and electrolytes, geriatric nephrology, kidney stone, renal nutrition, total parenteral nutrition (TPN, and plasmapheresis (PLEX). Dr. Dhakarwal has been recognized for excellence and leadership, serving as Medical Director, Chief Resident, and being the Best Resident. He is committed to an empathetic approach to patient care, ensuring each patient receives personalized and compassionate treatment. Additionally, he is also a peer reviewer for several prestigious nephrology and Internal medicine journals and serves on the ABIM governance body.
